Elizabeth Poett was born and raised on Rancho San Julian. She left the ranch for a number of years to attend college and work in New York City. She moved back to the ranch in 2006 and began working full time for her family’s cattle operation. A year later she began raising her own cattle and started her business Rancho San Julian Beef where she provides 100% grass fed beef to Farmers Markets, restaurants and families around the the Central Coast and Los Angeles.
