Sarah NolanFarmer

    Sarah has worked in sustainable agriculture for the past 10 years and is a founding member of two different small to mid-size farms in Southern California; one a worker-owner cooperative in the Central Valley and the other, The Abundant Table, a progressive faith based educational farm in Ventura County.

    Along with her present work at The Abundant Table, Sarah serves as a consultant for the Urban and Environmental Policy Institute at Occidental College with their Los Angeles Farm to School program. Sarah’s work and interests range from local food systems change and farm-worker justice to community building and spiritual formation through the growing and sharing of food.
